Concrete Clean and Seal

One of the second most expensive investments you will make beside your home is the driveways, walkways and patios.  Concrete is made of water, sand, gravel and cement.  Once pored concrete will set within 48 hours to walk on with 7 days before it will be at 70% cured.  It cant take 28 days to reach full strength and be fully “cured”.  There are several different strengths of concrete from 3000 psi to 5000 psi which can effect how soft it is and when cleaned with it etch.  Aggregate is made up similar to flat or brushed concrete except the gravel that would normally be the base is more pretty and on the top and exposed on the surface.  No matter if its is brushed concrete, aggregate, a walkway, porch or a driveway they all have the same problem of getting dirty.  Dirt, grease, oil, mold and mildew will get dropped on or grow making your investment look bad.  TLC can come in and clean with a pretreat to kill the mold and mildew, scrub, rinse, and post treat to not only kill anything below the surface but also brighten the concrete and keep it clean longer.
